Can I use a TV as my only monitor? The only thing I can do to change it is that if I put the RAM into the system, it doesn’t beep, but still shuts itself down after a few seconds. You can’t use a secondary PCI video card either, can you?

This is probably a stupid question, but I’ve never used TV-out on a computer before, so I don’t know if it just automatically shows whatever’s on the regular monitor, or needs software to turn itself on, or if there are any hurdles to using it under Linux. Please try again now or at a later time.

I’ll repeat that I’ve changed nothing from the pre-shipping configuration, and everything was working fine before. Talked with Foxhole Atheist last night and he reports the machine now posts but is failing at detecting the z7n266-vm. IIRC, tv wasn’t working either can’t check now, its canceled, along with the broadbandso I don’t know if that is software or no signal.
